CLASSES
Attendance & Rescheduling Policy:
Non-attendance or Late Arrival: In the event of non-attendance or arriving late to a fee may apply.
Our classes operate on fixed time slots, and we kindly ask all participants to arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided; however, arrivals beyond this period will require the class to be rescheduled, subject to a rescheduling fee of ₱1,500 per person.
As each class follows a structured program, arriving on time ensures you can fully participate and enjoy the complete experience.
Fixed Schedules: Classes are scheduled at fixed times to cover the cost of tuition, and due to our full capacity, it is not possible to swap classes or use the studio outside of the allotted class schedules.
Rescheduling (Less than 48 Hours): If you need to reschedule a class, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your workshop. If rescheduling is not requested within the 48 hours, a 1,500 per person rescheduling fee will apply, and the class may be rescheduled to an available time slot.
Please note that once you have booked a workshop experience with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
In the event of a No show, The studio reserves the right to 100% of the course fee.
All cancellations must be made via email or phone.
Refunds:
All classes are non-refundable but you may transfer your booking to another person, as long as they do not show signs of illness.
Medical reasons: If you or another member of your household is required to quarantine and you cannot attend a scheduled class, you are recommended to transfer your booking to another person of your choosing.
*Only enrolled students are allowed to join the workshop.
Gift Certificates:
How to Claim Your Gift Certificate
To claim your gift certificate, simply send us a message on Instagram at @wabisabistudio.ph or text us at 0917 527 1917 with your details (Name, To, and From).
You may choose between an e-certificate or a physical certificate. Please note that the cost of delivery for a physical certificate will be shouldered by the recipient.

Our Gift Certificates are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. Valid for single transaction only.

If your gift certificate has expired, you may renew this with a fee of ₱1,500 per person. Once renewed, it will be valid again for 2 months from the date of payment.
Collecting work:
Finished work can be collected 2 months after your session. You will receive an email/text message informing you when the work is ready for collection.
From the date of this email/message, you will have 2 calendar months to collect your work. After this time your works will be donated.
We cannot guarantee that work won’t be damaged in the kiln or not survive a firing.
Any work damaged during the firing process is not the liability of Wabi Sabi and any work remaining in the studio after the above cut off times will be disposed of as we see fit.
Health & Safety:
Masks are optional inside the studio. Participants may choose to wear masks at their discretion.
- Wabi Sabi will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by the misuse of the studio or equipment.
- Wabi Sabi will not be held responsible for any illnesses or infections. A risk assessment will be available upon request. You are responsible for your own personal sanitation.
- Wabi Sabi will not be held liable for lost or stolen items inside the studio.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any person from a course if any of the above points are not followed.
The Company reserves the right to refuse admission to the Studio from non-compliance of the T&Cs.
