CLASSES

Non-attendance:

In the event of non-attendance or arriving late to classes, the studio cannot provide alternative studio time, or for a class to be rescheduled. Classes are at fixed schedules to cover the cost of tuition. We run at full capacity so it will not be possible to swap classes or use the studio outside of the allotted class schedules.

Refunds:

All classes are non-refundable but you may transfer your booking to another person, as long as they do not show signs of illness.

COVID19: If you or another member of your household is required to quarantine and you cannot attend a scheduled class, you are recommended to transfer your booking to another person of your choosing.

Only enrolled students are allowed to join the workshop.

Reschedule:

Please note that once you have booked a workshop experience with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before a workshop commences will be non-refundable.

In the event of a No show, The studio reserves the right to 100% of the course fee.

All cancellations must be made via email or phone.

There will be an option to reschedule subject to availability, but only if the original course date is backfilled. If we were successful in replacing the booking, we will then liaise with yourselves to secure a mutually convenient time for the new booking.

Collecting work:

Finished work can be collected 6-8 weeks after your session. You will receive an email/text message informing you when the work is ready for collection.

From the date of this email/message, you will have 2 calendar months to collect your work. After this time your work will be donated.

We cannot guarantee that work won’t be damaged in the kiln or not survive a firing.

Any work damaged during the firing process is not the liability of Wabi Sabi and any work remaining in the studio after the above cut off times will be disposed of as we see fit.

Masks are optional inside the studio. Participants may choose to wear masks at their discretion.
